Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of implementation experience in Health Cloud declarative customization.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and core Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce customization and integration tools.
• Experience with source control/GIT and CI/CD tools like AutoRABIT.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, conversant with both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the healthcare/Insurance/Payer domains.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator,      Service Cloud certification, Platform Developer II, Health Cloud accreditation, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant.
