Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement DevOps solutions using AWS services, particularly Harness for deployment.
• Manage release cycles and ensure successful delivery of applications built with Java, Angular, React, or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and Harness.
• Migrate applications from data centers to the cloud using EKS, Fargate, and ECS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop automated monitoring solutions.
• Implement tracing and monitoring tools to enhance the performance and availability of web applications.
• Create and manage alerts and logging for production deployable code to facilitate debugging and incident response.
• Proactively monitor systems using AppDynamics, Splunk, and other enterprise monitoring tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions to prevent issues.

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in building DevOps solutions.
• Expertise in release management and deployment processes.
• Strong experience with Harness and other CI/CD tools.
• Proficient with Atlassian products (Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA).
• Hands-on experience in build and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably PCF, and web server technologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, load balancing, and networking technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in monitoring solutions using AppDynamics, Splunk, and scripting languages (PowerShell/Python).

Process Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and propose long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AWS or DevOps methodologies are a plus.
