Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural and design concepts with a focus on harmony, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Create detailed design development plans including 3D renderings, layouts, and material specifications.
• Produce high-quality construction documents and technical drawings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with zoning and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications.
• Ensure design integrity is maintained from concept through construction.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead design teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Registered Architect (RA) license preferred or required for senior-level roles.
