Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate test execution, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine test processes, procedures, and plans.
• Conduct testing of battery packs and other electronic components to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Analyze test data, create comprehensive reports, and summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Review Battery Management Unit (BMU) schematics and layouts for conformance and testability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and sample issues; maintain and repair test equipment as needed.
• Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, data loggers, etc.).
• Utilize automated test equipment and scripting tools (e.g., Python) for data acquisition and instrumentation control.
• Prepare and review investigation reports to support findings.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide clear communication of technical results.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with lab testing, including a strong understanding of BMU protections.
• Proficiency with EE bench test equipment and the application of measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, data loggers).
• Extensive hands-on experience in a lab environment, with the ability to take ownership of projects and achieve results.
• Ability to interpret data to make informed technical decisions and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of conducting successful tests and processing/summarizing data.
• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing and documentation.
• Familiarity with automated test platforms, data acquisition systems, and scripting in Python or similar programming languages for instrumentation control.
