The Hardware Technician will be responsible for hardware installation, hardware support, troubleshooting, printer support, and providing technical support. The role involves effectively diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, resolving printer-related problems, and providing timely technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of hardware systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of technician experience.
• Automotive experience.
• Basic knowledge of Electronics.
• Entry level wire harness knowledge – Crimping, connector types, gauge, etc.
• Exposure to Linux/Shell environments.
• Someone that can learn quickly and expand in their knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive Trade school, equivalent training and/or experience.
• Automotive and/or electronics diagnostics experience.
• Basic Fabrication Skills – Cutting metal/wood, using power tools to make simple parts.
• Familiar with electronic design, oscilloscope usage, DMM measurements.
