Duties and Responsibilities

• He/She will be responsible for implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier 1 Insurers in US.
• Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Must have extensive knowledge as a Guidewire integration Tech lead, knowing integrating with multiple APIs (both on-prem and cloud-based).
• ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration/Integration.
• Experience in implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter for a Tier 1 Insurer in the US.
• A minimum of 2 full life cycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
• Hands-on experience in either implementing a new PolicyCenter V10 in the SaaS model or migrating an on-prem / self-managed Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation to the SaaS model.
• Experience in the design and development of PCFs, Business rules, Data models, and Gunits.
• Experience in GOSU, REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Must have strong P&C domain knowledge and experience in implementing various integration and digital technology implementation in multiple places.
