Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Functional Analyst with deep expertise in P&C insurance processes and hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite. The role involves analyzing business requirements, defining functional specifications, and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
• Conduct gap analysis and contribute to solution design
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Lead workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive process improvements aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
• Hands-on experience with at least one core Guidewire module
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain
• Proven ability in techno-functional roles and stakeholder communication
