Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter projects, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code is delivered
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter, recommending and implementing improvement initiatives

• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer or Tech Lead
• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, configuration, and customization
• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and external system interfaces
• Proven experience in leading Guidewire ClaimCenter projects, from requirement gathering to deployment
• Proficient in Guidewire ClaimCenter tools, such as Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire Studio
• Strong understanding of insurance domain and familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Guidewire certifications, such as Guidewire Certified Professional (GCP) or Guidewire Certified Specialist (GCS), are highly preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
