Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier 1 Insurers in the US.
• Perform configuration changes and integrations related to Guidewire PolicyCenter with external custom portals.
• Manage the implementation of a new PolicyCenter V10 in the SaaS model or oversee the migration of an on-prem Guidewire PolicyCenter to SaaS.
• Oversee configuration changes related to various integration and digital technology implementations across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with customers, Solution Engineers, and architects to deliver flexible, scalable, and enterprise-level solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
• Participate in developing policies, guidelines, and standards to guide IT solutions within the organization.
• Take ownership of designing, coding, integrating, and testing end-to-end solutions to meet customer expectations in an agile environment.
• Handle on-demand tasks related to Guidewire integration and solutioning as needed by customers.

Qualifications

• Architect-level experience as a Guidewire Configuration/Integration Tech Lead, with a focus on Guidewire Core configurations.
• ACE Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations for Tier 1 insurers, with at least 2 full life cycle implementations in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
• Experience implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 in a SaaS model or migrating from on-prem to SaaS.
• Strong skills in design and development of PCFs, business rules, data models, and GUnits.
• Experience with integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter with external custom portals.
• Familiarity with Guidewire's Cloud Data Access platform.
• Proficiency in GOSU, REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Strong understanding of P&C domain and experience in integration and digital technology implementation.
