Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Drive end-to-end Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and migrations to the cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and architectural solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for integration, security, DevOps, and performance in a cloud-native environment.
• Integrate Guidewire applications with APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms using modern cloud technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex system and performance issues across Guidewire cloud environments.
• Ensure solutions align with Guidewire and enterprise architecture standards, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation and architecture, including at least one major Guidewire product: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Proven hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), including configuration and cloud-native deployments.
• Proficiency with Gosu, Java, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Digital, Jutro UI, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grasp of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to convey complex technical solutions to business and executive audiences.
