Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end components using React and back-end services/APIs using NodeJS and Express.
• Implement GraphQL for efficient data querying and manipulation across the front-end and back-end.
• Translate business objectives and technical requirements into user-centered UI components and experiences.
• Collaborate with UX analysts/researchers to validate designs through usability testing and provide feedback on Figma designs.
• Ensure data-driven design decisions using web/app analytics.
• Maintain security best practices for authentication, authorization, data validation, and encryption.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps for optimized performance and efficient deployment pipelines.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, following Scrum practices and meeting deadlines.
• Research and introduce the latest industry trends and technologies to the team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and GraphQL (preferred over SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with React for front-end UI development.
• Familiarity with NodeJS and Express for backend development.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile environment.
• Ability to follow scrum practices and deliver on time.
