Responsibilities:
•Design and create graphics for digital training curriculums, support site and internal communications materials
•Ability to shoot and edit short-videos to completion
•Ability to edit video into meaningful Training on demand sessions
•Collaboration with internal teams and operational personal to drive training adoption and feedback on content
•Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website
•Designing and controlling library structure/contents
•Collaborate with participating Agencies/partners to graphically enhance and support training efforts to include videos, LMS courses, manuals and guides

Qualifications:
•5-7 years of Graphic Design & video production experience
•Demonstrate expertise with the following products or related competitor s products:
•Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or other video editing tools
•Adobe Suite
•Powerpoint (including the ability to create videos)
•Expertise in animated and video editing experience
•Videographer skills a plus
•Bachelor s degree with a focus in graphic design, marketing and/or communications
•Understanding of the user experience of mobile apps, websites and other digital platforms
