Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to convert creative concepts into production-ready schematics for factory execution.
• Lead and manage design projects across print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logos, video, and collateral.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other digital tools to develop and finalize design work.
• Work cross-functionally from concept to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, internal briefings, timelines, budgeting, and coordination with suppliers.
• Act as liaison between internal teams (design, marketing, product) and external partners or vendors.
• Review specs, recommend production alternatives, and ensure production quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 5+ years of experience (or 7–8 years without a degree).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working on Mac systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers and production partners.
• Passion for sportswear and streetwear.

Preferred

• Experience in screen printing and apparel production.
• Familiarity with CLO 3D fashion design software.
• Previous experience working in the sportswear or fashion industry.
