Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate and suggest dashboard and automation improvements.
• Configuring dashboards, alerts, alarms, tools and API integrations, and generating reports, Dynatrace.
• Experience with Grafana data visualization and creating time-based plots.
• Define and Establish guidelines and protocols for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), encompassing incident management, monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• Ensure that the best practices and principles are adopted and followed to maintain high standards of reliability and stability.
• Understanding the functional requirements quickly and developing forward-looking dashboards to take care of future scenarios.
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to validate the dashboard output and troubleshoot any issues.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Grafana, Dynatrace, REST APIs, APIGEE, Java Web Services, OCP, CI/CD.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining Grafana and SRE dashboards and implementing automation to meet operational needs and release changes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 6 + years of Relevant Experience in IT
