We are seeking a seasoned Google Gemini AI Architect with a strong manufacturing domain expertise and a consulting mindset. You will partner with industrial enterprises to design, deploy, and scale AI and data platforms across plants and enterprise systems, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud technologies to drive tangible business impact.
Required Skills
- Experience: 6+ years in solutions architecture, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting, including 1–2+ years specifically in LLMs and Generative AI in production.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Vertex AI, Python, BigQuery, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and production deployments.
- Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Certifications, preferably Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Other Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advise senior executives.
Primary Responsibilities
AI Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Lead Vertex AI and Gemini Pro/Ultra model integration into enterprise applications, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference optimization.
- Ensure AI security, governance, and compliance, including data residency, privacy, and access controls.
Strategic Advisory & Consulting
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level and enterprise stakeholders.
- Define roadmaps, ROI, and best practices for adopting Google Gemini Enterprise and other AI technologies.
Prototyping & Innovation
- Lead hands-on development of PoCs and MVPs to validate AI solutions.
- Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge tools and techniques, including autonomous agents, synthetic data generation, multi-modal models, and AI orchestration.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to conceptualize AI-powered assistants, copilots, and automation workflows.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical leadership to data scientists, AI developers, and prompt engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable business impact through AI initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience delivering GCP-based AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing AI applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments and lead technical workshops.
