We are looking for an experienced Google CX CCaaS Engineer with strong expertise in cloud contact center solutions, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, APIs, and cloud security, along with strong communication and leadership skills to work across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Google CX (CCaaS) solutions
- Develop scripts and automate operational processes
- Integrate systems using APIs and cloud services
- Work with ServiceNow catalog and workflow automation (preferred)
- Manage and maintain GitHub-based version control and CI/CD workflows
- Write scripts using PowerShell and Python
- Work with SQL Server for data management and reporting
- Implement and support secure cloud architectures with focus on encryption and OAuth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google CX / CCaaS platforms
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, encryption, and OAuth
- Experience in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of API integration and system connectivity
- Experience with SQL Server
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
