Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google CX CCaaS Engineer with strong expertise in cloud contact center solutions, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, APIs, and cloud security, along with strong communication and leadership skills to work across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support Google CX (CCaaS) solutions
  • Develop scripts and automate operational processes
  • Integrate systems using APIs and cloud services
  • Work with ServiceNow catalog and workflow automation (preferred)
  • Manage and maintain GitHub-based version control and CI/CD workflows
  • Write scripts using PowerShell and Python
  • Work with SQL Server for data management and reporting
  • Implement and support secure cloud architectures with focus on encryption and OAuth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
  • Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Google CX / CCaaS platforms
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, encryption, and OAuth
  • Experience in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of API integration and system connectivity
  • Experience with SQL Server
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
