We are seeking an experienced GoLang Developer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining microservice applications, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Programming Languages: GoLang, SQL, SFT
• Backend Systems: DB2, IMS
• Compile and Run: JCL
• Tools & Utilities: Splunk, ELF, Postman
• File Processing: VSAM

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Working knowledge of Golang, Java, JSON, Kafka, NoSQL, Postgres
• Familiarity with configuration formats like YAML
• API documentation with Swagger
• Containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance microservice-based applications using GoLang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, participating actively in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Liaison with clients to understand requirements and deliver key projects.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned modules or projects.
• Work on file processing, database management, and backend integrations.
• Utilize monitoring and debugging tools like Splunk and ELF to troubleshoot applications.
• Support hybrid work model from the Phoenix office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a GoLang developer or in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of DB2, IMS, and VSAM file processing.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, NoSQL, and Postgres is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
