We are seeking a GitHub Tech Lead to oversee a diverse and hybrid team of developers and QA engineers focused on delivering features for GitHub and GitHub Actions. This role requires a strong technical project manager with experience in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a hybrid team of developers and QA engineers, ensuring effective collaboration for feature delivery on GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Act as a technical project manager, leveraging GitHub tools to finalize commitments and sprint plans, ensuring PI readiness from a technical perspective.
- Proactively anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to project delivery while working across teams.
- Promote Agile practices within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Utilize strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technical teams in a software development environment.
- Experience with Rally for Agile management and familiarity with the SAFe framework is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with GitHub tools and their applications in project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
