The Genweb Analyst will be responsible for managing the configuration and performance of the Genweb application. This role focuses on driving enhancements based on user feedback, ensuring optimal system performance, and maintaining data accuracy to support business objectives in a retail and commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize the Genweb application to align with business requirements.
- Define user roles, permissions, and workflows to enhance usability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all enhancements and configuration changes.
- Analyze application metrics and performance indicators to assess system efficiency.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into system usage, performance trends, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, working with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
- Perform regular data integrity checks and audits to ensure compliance with business standards.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop and execute a data maintenance plan to support ongoing system health.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of retail and e-commerce processes, including inventory management, sales workflows, and customer interactions.
- Hands-on experience with OMS and their integration with other business processes.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment, tracking, and reporting functionalities.
- Proven track record of ensuring data integrity through regular investigations and maintenance practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance standards.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and applications used in retail and commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application management or a similar role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
