Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Genesys contact center solutions.
- Configure and optimize contact center infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Genesys software with existing systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Genesys outbound framework.
- Knowledge of outbound skilling, treatments, SCXML programming for advanced treatments, and VXML programming for GVP applications.
- Experience with configuration and options as it relates to OCS, specifically versions 8.1.5xx.x.
- Experience with composer development for Genesys Orchestration Server and GMS.
- Experience with administration and management of outbound campaigns through GAX.
- Experience with different outbound callings campaigns(Predictive, push previous, GVP).
- Experience developing API integrations.
