Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Genesys Developer to design, configure, and support advanced Contact Center solutions, including Conversational IVRs and Chatbots using Genesys Cloud and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support IVRs, Chatbots using Genesys Cloud Architect, Amazon Lex & Lambda.
  • Implement API integrations with backend systems (REST, JSON, SQL).
  • Lead Contact Center features like call routing, WFM, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Support legacy Avaya systems and contribute to cloud migration efforts.

 

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in Contact Center development (IVR, AI, WFM, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud / Engage, AWS Lex & Lambda.
  • Strong coding skills in NodeJS, Java, Python, or .Net.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks and digital transformation projects.
