Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate inbound call flows using data actions, services, and Genesys Cloud API.
• Troubleshoot and analyze logs for Genesys SIP, URS, ORS, GVP, and eService components.
• Implement advanced routing solutions and optimize call distribution.
• Debug SIP protocols and messages for optimal voice communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and stability.
• Implement and manage end-to-end voice and multimedia setups in Genesys Cloud.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve system issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including inbound call flow development and API integrations.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and log analysis of Genesys SIP, URS, ORS, GVP, and eService.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys routing, SIP protocols, and VoIP technologies.
• Familiarity with contact center environments, including WFM and SIP debugging.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud certification (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Developer).
• Experience with Genesys WFM solutions and multimedia integrations.
