Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent analytical , Communication , Organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethics
- Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
- Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies , Genesys Cloud Factory , AWS etc
- Platform configuration , development of new flows , data integrations and technical documentation including designs and handoff materials
- Work with product owners , business analysts and technical leads to develop flows and technical leads to develop flows and technical design
- Propose and design software solutions to address complex business issue
- Reviewing the code, design and providing expertise in the development and integration of systems
Experience Required:
- Strong Hands-on experience as a developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys Cloud (Pure Cloud ) platform
- Hands-on experience in Genesys Pure Cloud platform and its capabilities including(but not limited to) Queuing / Routing , Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys Clous Architecture
- Strong programming experience with implementing API/Web Services
- Experience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM Solutions (Like Salesforce , MS Dynamics)
- Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud platform
- Solid understanding of Genesys Designer for call flow implementation
- Develop/test/maintain the interfaces
