Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze and design Gen AI-based solutions tailored to business needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies for AI implementations.
• Develop and deliver POCs using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Design end-to-end architecture for Gen AI projects.
• Assist in building and mentoring a team for Gen AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries (e.g., Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Strong experience in Generative AI, including:
  • Building and deploying LLM-based solutions
  • Parsing and processing large text datasets
  • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience with various AI/Gen AI tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
