GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer with 7+ years of software engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI. The role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions while helping engineering teams adopt modern AI practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments.

Build LLM-powered applications, intelligent assistants, recommendations, and natural language interfaces.

Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and platforms.

Develop scalable AI inference and production deployment architectures.

Apply AI to code generation, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD to improve engineering productivity.

Establish AI engineering best practices, standards, and governance.

Monitor and optimize model performance, reliability, and accuracy.

Mentor engineers and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

7+ years of software engineering experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML solutions.

Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience building and integrating Generative AI and LLM solutions.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and production deployments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.

Experience deploying AI solutions in edge/IoT environments.

Exposure to IoT, industrial systems, automation, or smart building technologies.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
