Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain tools and systems that facilitate in-engine content creation using Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Develop intuitive workflows for artists and designers working on environment art, character setup, visual effects (VFX), and cinematic creation tools.
  • Contribute to the development of rendering pipelines, including expertise in Unity’s HDRP and Unreal Engine’s advanced rendering features.
  • Implement advanced real-time graphics techniques such as color grading, tessellation, material layering, lighting, and baking.
  • Work with Unreal Engine Blueprints to develop visual effects, animation events, materials, and game logic.
  • Use industry-standard content creation tools to edit and integrate assets into test game projects.
  • Compile games using Unreal Engine, Unity, and Xcode to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Test and debug the development pipeline, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience for game developers and content creators.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in game development, particularly with Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Strong proficiency with Unity (including HDRP) and Unreal Engine (with experience in Blueprints and C++).
  • Solid understanding of real-time rendering pipelines, shader development, and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, and other relevant game development technologies.
  • Strong debugging skills across both CPU and GPU.
  • Familiarity with game development best practices and tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cross-platform development (PC, consoles, mobile, XR).
  • Familiarity with asset pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
  • A demonstrated passion for games, and a strong portfolio showcasing your technical skills and project contributions.
  • Experience working with real-time interactive content, shaders, and graphics pipelines across multiple platforms.
