Job Description

Seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with strong global compensation expertise to analyze large datasets, support compensation strategy development, and ensure competitive and equitable pay structures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large compensation datasets to support global compensation strategy and decision-making
  • Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the impact of compensation changes and scenario planning
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify pay disparities and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Monitor and assess market compensation trends to inform salary structure design
  • Support development, maintenance, and optimization of global pay structures and frameworks
  • Provide data-driven insights to HR and business leaders on compensation positioning and adjustments
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Global Compensation or Compensation Analyst roles
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and compensation modeling
  • Experience with financial impact assessment of compensation programs
  • Expertise in statistical methods for pay equity and benchmarking analysis
  • Strong understanding of market pricing, salary structures, and compensation trends
  • Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency (HRIS or compensation tools preferred)
  • Strong communication skills to present insights to HR and business stakeholders
