Seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with strong global compensation expertise to analyze large datasets, support compensation strategy development, and ensure competitive and equitable pay structures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large compensation datasets to support global compensation strategy and decision-making
- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the impact of compensation changes and scenario planning
- Perform statistical analysis to identify pay disparities and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Monitor and assess market compensation trends to inform salary structure design
- Support development, maintenance, and optimization of global pay structures and frameworks
- Provide data-driven insights to HR and business leaders on compensation positioning and adjustments
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Global Compensation or Compensation Analyst roles
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and compensation modeling
- Experience with financial impact assessment of compensation programs
- Expertise in statistical methods for pay equity and benchmarking analysis
- Strong understanding of market pricing, salary structures, and compensation trends
- Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency (HRIS or compensation tools preferred)
- Strong communication skills to present insights to HR and business stakeholders
