We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Application Developer with a strong front-end focus to build responsive, accessible, and dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Tailwind CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, and reactive UI development with a deep understanding of responsive design, state management, and cross-browser compatibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, custom-styled user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
- Build and maintain dynamic, interactive UIs with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement reactive programming patterns and state management using tools such as Redux, Vuex, or similar technologies.
- Ensure UIs are mobile-friendly and adapt seamlessly across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Create accessible UIs that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring usability for all users.
- Ensure consistent and smooth user experiences across multiple browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing responsive and custom-styled UIs using Tailwind CSS.
- At least 7 years of experience with React, Vue.js, or Svelte, focusing on dynamic and interactive UI development.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in building responsive UIs that adapt across devices.
- 2+ years of experience with reactive programming and state management tools like Redux, Vuex, or similar.
- Experience in building accessible UIs that meet or exceed WCAG accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to develop UIs that provide consistent experiences across multiple browsers.
