Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern front-end technologies, REST APIs, and database development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain medium- to high-complexity full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular or React.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise integration services.
• Perform database development, SQL query optimization, and data access implementation.
• Independently manage coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment, and implementation activities for assigned modules.
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure application quality, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Identify technical risks, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation covering application design, implementation details, enhancements, and improvement opportunities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate development progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong programming skills in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular or React for front-end application development.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database development.
• Experience with Git and source code management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
• Experience writing unit tests and performing debugging and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and software design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and production support practices.
