Full Stack Developer (IoT/.NET/C#)

Client is a clinical diagnostics remote instrument monitoring platform. We are modernizing from a legacy stack (TFS / VB6 / AngularJS) to cloud-native on AWS ECS Fargate, React 19, .NET 8, and GitHub Actions. You will build across IoT pipelines, instrument applets, software packaging, AI agents, and cloud dashboards — end-to-end ownership on a greenfield platform used by hospitals and labs worldwide.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–6 years full-stack development shipping production software

• React / TypeScript + .NET C# or Python backend

• IoT protocol experience (MQTT, AMQP) or edge software integration

• Software packaging: installers, containers, or update agents

• AI tools in daily development (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)

• CI/CD familiarity (GitHub Actions or equivalent)

Nice to Have

• Medical device software background (IEC 62304, IVD, FDA CFR 21)

• LangGraph / MCP agent production deployment

• AWS ECS Fargate, Terraform, or IaC hands-on

• AngularJS / VB6 / TFS context (migration awareness)

• HIPAA-adjacent data handling and audit trail experience

Key Responsibilities

IoT & Instrument Connectivity

• Develop MQTT / AMQP / REST pipelines between instruments and cloud backend.

• Build lightweight Windows/Linux edge applets for telemetry and update enforcement.

• Integrate instrument protocols and support migration from the legacy stack.

Package Wrapping & Distribution

• Develop installer packages (MSI/NSIS) for connected and air-gapped instrument channels.

• Implement delta-update mechanisms with rollback, version detection, and audit trails.

• Integrate IEC 62304-aligned packaging into GitHub Actions CI/CD.

AI Agent Development

• Build and deploy AI agents using LangGraph, MCP, or LangChain.

• Develop RAG pipelines against instrument manuals and support knowledge bases.

• Use AI tooling for code generation, PR bots, and test scaffolding to accelerate development.

Full Stack Application Development

• Develop React 19 UIs for dashboards, alerts, consumable tracking, and update status.

• Build .NET 8 / Python backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven microservices.

• Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for regulated software releases.
