Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement user-facing features using React.js and related technologies
• Own the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and performance
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Build and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability across a wide range of browsers and devices
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA) and champion user-centric design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical goals
• Full-stack capabilities are highly preferred, enabling contributions to both front-end and back-end development efforts

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive web design
• Experience with design language systems and component-based architecture
• Deep knowledge of Web Standards, Accessibility (ADA compliance), and UX best practices
• Experience with modern build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn
• Version control using Git
• Ability to benchmark and optimize front-end performance
• Skilled at building reusable cross-platform components
• Focused on delivering high-performance and accessible web applications
