We are seeking an experienced Fulcrum Technical Analyst to provide technical and functional expertise for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Fulcrum app used in Field Service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong programming knowledge, experience in Gas Utility business processes, and hands-on experience in system integration, Agile development, and application support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise for the Fulcrum app in Field Service functions.
- Conduct business requirements analysis, gap analysis, architecture validation, system design, migration, and testing activities.
- Liaise with Fulcrum vendors for product issues, manage and track support tickets, and ensure timely testing and verification of fixes.
- Participate in strategy discussions and provide recommendations for Fulcrum app enhancements.
- Lead the support team, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Provide periodic status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages used in the Fulcrum app (Javascript, Python, Ruby).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Zapier for integrations.
- Familiarity with Gas Utility operations and business functions is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodology-based programs.
- Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking and management.
- Understanding of application maintenance and support best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business and technical consulting or engagement support services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Fulcrum app implementation, technical support, or engagement.
