Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects focused on cost savings, quality, and productivity gains.
• Drive the adoption of business process management by implementing effective process development and change management strategies.
• Apply operational improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN) to support BPM deployment.
• Resolve obstacles, identify process improvements, and deliver solutions in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and implement business processes.
• Document current and future state process designs, including implementation plans.
• Develop business process models and use cases adhering to BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Leverage BPM tools such as Flowable, Camunda, or JBPM for process automation and modelling.
