Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues within the customized Flexcube product and work with development teams for resolution.
• Conduct data analysis and suggest solutions to business teams for issue resolution.
• Provide temporary fixes to business/OPS until permanent solutions are deployed.
• Generate and provide reports using Flexcube's data tools.
• Deploy code and data packages, perform application restarts, and conduct sanity checks.
• Monitor EOD batch processing and address failures.
• Identify and advise on data discrepancies within Flexcube and partner systems.
• Perform upgrades like certificate and service renewals.
• Conduct Start and End of Day checkouts to ensure system stability.
• Participate in annual business continuity and disaster recovery tests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise with the Oracle Flexcube banking product, especially in customized configurations for CPB.
• Deep knowledge of banking and lending business logic and data structures.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Flexcube's data extraction tools.
• Experience with code deployment, application restarts, and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with EOD batch processing and remediation practices.
• Knowledge of data feed management and synchronization with partner systems.
• Technical acumen for infrastructure upgrades and service maintenance.
• Ability to conduct detailed SOD and EOD checkouts.
• Participation in business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
