We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Workday Testing Consultant to lead and manage comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) testing cycles for Workday Financials deployments. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and functionality of the Workday Financials implementation across all business units.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale End-to-End testing cycles for Workday Financials deployments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive End-to-End Test Cycle Plans tailored to project timelines and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and ensure test coverage across financial modules.
• Oversee test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Drive accountability and monitor progress of testing across various teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate test planning and status meetings; communicate effectively with leadership and project stakeholders.
• Provide expertise and recommendations on testing best practices specific to Workday Financials.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of overall professional experience, with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple, large-scale Workday Financials E2E test cycles.
• Proven ability to design and implement detailed End-to-End test plans for Workday Financials.
• Deep familiarity with Workday Financials modules (such as Financial Accounting, Expenses, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial data flows in Workday.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, etc.).
• Ability to drive meetings, resolve conflicts, and align cross-functional teams on testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification in Financials or related modules.
• Experience with automated testing tools for Workday.
• Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms or large-scale enterprise deployments.
