Key Responsibilities

• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Highlight operational performance issues and recommend actions.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have Financial planning experience.
• Good to have Investment and stock market experience.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and financial reporting software.
• Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.
