We are seeking a Finance ERP Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end ERP implementation activities with a focus on finance modules. The role involves testing, deployment, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support to ensure successful system adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Deployment
- Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution during initial rollout and ongoing support
- Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and business process owners
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and change management activities
- Communicate risks, issues, and project status clearly to stakeholders and project management teams
Pre and Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support cutover activities and provide post-implementation stabilization (hypercare), including month-end close support
- Identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage system releases and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a focus on finance modules
- Strong understanding of:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
