Job Description

The Field Support Analyst provides on-site technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems for end users. This role involves troubleshooting, system installations, user training, and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure systems, devices, and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Document and prioritize support tickets in the helpdesk system.
  • Train users on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on complex issues.

 

Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in IT support or field service.
  • Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and networking basics.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred.
