Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • As a Field Services L2, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • You will be responsible for field service tasks and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Work on Deskside support, ITIS, Snow, Infra, Printer support, Assets, Reimages.

 

Required Skills
  • Field Service and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical Support and Communication skills.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
