We are seeking a skilled and experienced FICO Decision Management (DM) Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of decision management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, decision modeling, and project leadership, with a proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and execute the FICO DM strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design, development, and optimization of FICO DM models and decision strategies.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and continuously enhance decisioning capabilities.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in decision management.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in FICO Decision Management or a similar domain.
• Deep understanding of decision modeling, predictive modeling, and data analytics.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying FICO DM models.
• Strong knowledge of decision strategy implementation and optimization.
• Experience leading projects and managing technical and functional teams.
• Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and data governance.
• Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and project deliverables.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
