• Focus on customer and desired business outcomes in the design and build of solutions
• Write, debug and test code to create working solutions
• Understand and apply unique programming/scripting languages specific to software engineering
• Consider security, scalability, reliability & feasibility in solution design
• Consider integrations and impacts on other systems in deployment of solutions
• Continually seek out opportunities to automate solutions
• Apply modern practices, e.g., DevOps, Agile, Cloud, ATDD etc.
• Develop self-documenting functions, API’s and/or micro-services
• Leverage modern components, tools and technologies to design decoupled, modular, flexible solutions
• Build and support ATDD/Agile development and continuous integration; continuous delivery environment (CICD)
• Proactively manage and monitor the operational characteristics of software solutions. Ensure coding practices adhere to ensure no vulnerabilities based on practices/guidlines
• Write/document as needed capabilities/features/user stories, play Scrum master role, etc… jack of all trades
• Designs, builds, tests and adapts solutions that optimize environment and meet evolving needs of customers and business, leveraging and anticipating modern technologies, e.g., AI/ML, to support the transition to full stack proficiency
• Given the timelines to go live, 2 BH facets resources with extensive 10+ years of experience & 3 resources 7+ years of experience, no room zero to miss the date, scope & delivery date is not up for negotiations ( contract could be withdrawn and OBH could face major penalties and loss of billions of future revenues in federal channel)
• Hands on experience in the structure and significance of HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 834, 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
• Good understanding of PS, Fed, Payer, and Medicaid/Medicare line of business
• TriZetto Facets Ver 6 and above, Facets Web Interface,  Jenkins, Facets HIPAA gateway,  EasyGroup, DROOLS, Oracle, SQL Developer, MS Office etc.
