Fabric & AI Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Fabric
• Build and optimize data architectures leveraging Fabric components
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and deliver outcomes quickly
• Guide adoption of AI best practices within modern data platforms
• Communicate solution design, trade-offs, and architecture decisions clearly

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including implementing AI capabilities
• Strong SQL skills for advanced and AI-driven data scenarios
• Proven experience delivering AI-driven data solutions in production environments
• Ability to act as a techno-functional consultant, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills to explain AI, data architecture, and Fabric concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with small stakeholder groups

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering intelligent or insight-driven use cases (predictive analytics, operational intelligence)
• Familiarity with AI architecture trade-offs and design decisions in Fabric
• Exposure to Power BI or dashboarding discussions
• Background in client-facing or advisory roles
• Experience in short-term, high-impact consulting engagements

  • Lakehouse
