Required Experience

• Experience with Customer Communication Management technologies, OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, or other relevant platforms
• Experience with .NET technologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with tools and frameworks relevant to the specific technologies used. 
• Able to provide 24 x 7 on-call Support on a rotational basis
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
