Roles and Responsibilities

• End to end Exchange Service Management Including Exchange Online with SLA and KPI reporting, various exchange policies management, monitoring, governance, security controls and administration
• Working and Co-ordination with Microsoft Premier support on Services, hotfixes, patches etc.
• Managing new features and releases, impact analysis, testing, issue user advisory for new feature rollout
• Develop automation scripts, test and deploy and KPI reporting on such initiatives
• Create and manage recipients, mailboxes, Shared mailbox, mailbox access, mailbox size, mail archival & features
• Manage Distribution lists, and Security group management via M 365 admin portal

Qualifications

• Should have knowledge and good exposure in Exchange Online 
• Understanding of Email Gateway, Centralized/decentralized Mail Transport, EOP & MRS Proxy
• Should have good understanding on messaging troubleshooting
• Should have good knowledge and exposure on DLP/EOP/eDiscovery/Conditional access/ATP
