Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes from various sources into the TeamConnect platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and integrations for the TeamConnect platform.
• Implement and configure workflows, forms, and reports within TeamConnect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TeamConnect functionality and integrations.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across TeamConnect environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements and ensure data integration meets business needs.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages used for TeamConnect customization.
• Expertise in SQL and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and design
• Strong experience with ETL TeamConnect for case management and workflow systems.
