Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend or other ETL tools
• Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data integrity and implement quality checks in ETL pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ETL development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Talend (preferably Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration)
• Familiarity with ADF, AWS Glue, or Fivetran is highly desirable
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
