Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for project specifications, data workflows, and governance processes.
• Support data quality (DQ) and data governance initiatives by creating detailed documentation for Collibra DQ and metadata collection efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements related to security, legal considerations, system processes, and data usage.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring project goals align with business objectives.
• Utilize AWS Glue to design and manage ETL processes, ensuring efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of critical business data.
• Actively participate in data quality initiatives, providing hands-on support to enhance Collibra DQ processes and metadata management.
• Collect and manage metadata to support comprehensive data governance efforts, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with technical, business, and executive teams to present updates on documentation and project milestones.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing efforts, ensuring team members are aligned with documentation standards and project objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AWS Glue for designing and managing ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of data transformation, data integration, and automation processes.
• Experience with data quality processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
• Familiarity with Collibra DQ or similar data quality tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts and best practices for maintaining data consistency across systems.
• Experience with Profisee MDM platform is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivering results on time and within scope.
• Experience working in an Agile or similar project management methodology is a plus.
• Experience in facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure organizational alignment.
