We are looking for an experienced ETL Production Support Lead to manage and support enterprise ETL workflows and production environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica, IDMC, Oracle, SQL performance tuning, Shell scripting, and Autosys, along with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production ETL environments, respond to alerts, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring incidents.
- Manage, maintain, and migrate workflows from Informatica to IDMC.
- Debug ETL code, including Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and Shell scripts; analyze logs and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Optimize SQL queries and Spark engines for high-volume data processing.
- Configure session objects and manage metadata-driven ETL processes.
- Support deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and provide performance reports.
- Work with monitoring and ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of ETL processes.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in ETL Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica to IDMC migration.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation skills.
- Experience in enterprise production support environments.
