We are seeking an ETL Integration Analyst to support enterprise system integrations, data movement, and interface testing across multiple applications and platforms. The role requires expertise in ETL processes, SQL Server technologies, API integrations, and environment management to ensure reliable data flow and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, support, and troubleshoot file-based and real-time system integrations.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server technologies (SSIS/SSRS).
- Perform data mapping, data flow analysis, and interface validation.
- Coordinate and execute integration testing, including SIT, SAT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Support environment setup, refreshes, and management for multiple concurrent projects.
- Monitor interfaces, triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and test artifacts.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and SDLC activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, SDLC, and sprint-based project delivery.
- Experience with testing methodologies including SIT, SAT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience managing incidents, defects, and post-implementation corrective actions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi or BizTalk.
- Knowledge of Python scripting and automation.
- Experience in utility, energy, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Familiarity with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) or large-scale operational systems.
- Experience supporting complex environments with multiple system interfaces.
