Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or SSIS.
• Build robust data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources (both structured and unstructured).
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, marts, and operational data stores.
• Work with data architects to create scalable and reusable ETL solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality data.
• Optimize ETL processes for efficiency and performance.
• Monitor daily ETL processes, identify failures, and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional ETL development and data integration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage).
• Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning and complex queries.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data warehouses.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schemas, normalization) and metadata management.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
